Terms of Use

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Site and Services and constitute a legal agreement between CODA / Only Vox and you, so please read them carefully. By using the Site or Services, you confirm that you accept these Terms, and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.
If you break these T&Cs, we may stop your use of the Site and/or Services, contact you regarding your use of the Site and/or Services or exercise other remedies that we have available to us at law or in equity.
Accounts
• In order to access the Site and Services on Only Vox, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You do not own your account, and we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason.
• If you are a “Client” (typically a music producer or DJ) using the Site and Services, you may browse toplines created by CODA.
• You may not use any vocals from the Site for any commercial purpose without the written consent from CODA who owns the rights to the vocals.
• You may not use the vocals from the Site for use or resale in any other audio library platforms, sample libraries, royalty-free audio platforms, stock libraries or any comparable competing libraries.
Content
• The Site and Services may include text, images, audio, and video content (the "Content"). The Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not use the Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of CODA / Only Vox and the relevant rights holder.
• You may not distribute or re-publish the Content without the prior written consent of CODA / Only Vox and the relevant rights holder.
• You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the Content.
Account Deletion
• CODA / Only Vox reserve the unrestricted right to close user accounts at our sole discretion without prior notification. Users acknowledge that they have no right to appeal the decision or seek reinstatement. Account closure may occur for reasons determined by CODA / Only Vox, including, but not limited to, violations of our terms of service, inappropriate conduct, account inactivity, or activities that may pose a threat to the security or integrity of our platform. The company is not obligated to disclose the specific reasons for account closure, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision.
Prohibited Uses
• You may not use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit unlawful acts, to violate any laws or ordinances, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to collect personal information, to spam, to use for obscene or immoral purposes, or to interfere with or bypass security features. We may terminate your use of the Site for violating any of these prohibitions.
• You are strictly prohibited from using any audio “ripped” from Site and Services without attaining a proper licence in the correct manner. CODA / Only Vox will take whatever action they are entitled to under law and equity against any user of the Site and Services breaching this term.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or Services or to any servers or systems connected to the Site or Services, including attempting to exploit loopholes or bugs, or using our Site and Services in a way that is not within the spirit intended by these Terms.
• Do not make public or commercial use, by any means, of any part of our Site or Services without our prior written consent.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying software or other intellectual property used to provide the Site and Services.
Personal Information
• Under data protection law, we are required to provide you with certain information about who we are, how we process your personal data and for what purposes and your rights in relation to your personal data and how to exercise them. This information is provided in our privacy policy, which can be found here. Please read this information carefully.
Entire Agreement
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and us. If we do not act on a breach by you or others, we are not waiving our right to do so in the future. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without notice to you. You may not assign these Terms or transfer any rights to use the Site without our prior written consent.
Licensing Agreement
• An exclusive license is initially granted for 12 months, during which the client must release the song publicly. If they do so within this timeframe, the license becomes perpetual. However, if the song isn't released within 12 months, the exclusive license expires.
Once a deal has been reached an initial licensing agreement is considered signed and this will become legally binding.
